Terms for using Lineform Catalogs.

These terms describe the service provided by Eric Good (Pure Imagination Apps) and the responsibilities that come with using it.

The service

Lineform Catalogs helps a merchant select Shopify product variants and prepare a buyer-facing wholesale catalog or compact line sheet for browser printing or saving as a PDF. The service reads selected product information but does not create, edit, or delete Shopify products, process orders, or provide a buyer-accessible PDF library.

Merchant responsibilities

Before sharing a catalog, the merchant is responsible for reviewing its products, prices, currency, images, units per case, minimum-order terms, buyer email address or ordering link, and all other commercial details. The merchant is also responsible for its rights to the content it uses, buyer communications, and compliance with applicable wholesale, marketing, tax, and consumer-protection laws.

Catalog output should be reviewed by the merchant before it is shared. It is not business, legal, tax, or pricing advice.

Shopify relationship

Shopify is a separate platform. The merchant remains responsible for its Shopify account, store data, and relationship with Shopify.

Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

The public plan is $9 USD every 30 days with a 14-day free trial, as shown for approval through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify processes app charges through the merchant's Shopify bill. The development-store test plan is free and is not a public offer.

To avoid another recurring charge, cancel the plan or uninstall the app in Shopify Admin before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse a charge already incurred. Email support@pureimaginationapps.com within 14 days of a paid charge to request review of an erroneous or duplicate charge or a material technical failure we cannot resolve. Refunds are assessed case by case, including any refund required by law, and approved adjustments use a Shopify-supported billing process.

Support is available at support@pureimaginationapps.com during Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Eastern Time. The service is offered to merchants in the United States.

Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Contact support@pureimaginationapps.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. If it remains unresolved, the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida will hear it, unless non-waivable law requires another forum.
